2. Dry Soil Removal
High-powered dusting equipment removes embedded dry soil before washing begins.
3. Wash & Rinse
Rugs are washed using pH-balanced solutions and clean water. Silk and wool rugs receive customized care.
4. Spot & Odour Treatment
Enzyme and neutralizer treatments address pet stains, spills, and deep odours.
5. Controlled Drying
Rugs are dried in a climate-controlled environment using air movers and dehumidifiers.
6. Grooming & Final Inspection
Fringes are detailed, pile is brushed, and each rug is carefully inspected before it is wrapped for return.
A: For in-shop rug cleaning, our trained technicians handle your rug at our facility using specialized equipment. For on-site cleanings (rare for rugs), we usually send 1 or 2 professionals, depending on the size and material of the rug.
A: Not necessarily. If you’ve arranged the pickup in advance and provided access instructions, you don’t need to be home. We’ll confirm all details via call or text before arrival.
A: Most rugs are cleaned, dried, and ready within 3–5 business days. Heavily soiled or delicate rugs (like wool or silk) may take longer. We’ll give you a clear timeline during booking.
