What Affects Your Rug-Cleaning Price?
Rug size
A larger rug has more surface area to clean and requires more handling and drying space.
Check the label or measure the length and width in feet. If you have several rugs, send the size of each one so we can prepare a complete quote.
Material and construction
The prices above apply to polyester and polypropylene rugs. Wool, silk, handmade and other specialty rugs require an individual assessment.
The material, dyes, backing and construction influence the cleaning approach. Two rugs of the same size may therefore have different cleaning prices.
If you are unsure about the material, send a photograph of the rug and its label, if available. We can advise on the next step, although a photograph alone may not establish the fibre or final treatment requirements.
Stains and odours
A routine rug wash and a targeted treatment for ink, adhesive or heavy urine contamination can involve different work.
Tell us what caused the problem, how long it has been present and which products you have already applied. A close-up photograph helps us assess the affected area and explain any additional treatment costs.
Do Stain and Odour Treatments Cost Extra?
Specialty treatments may cost extra, depending on the rug and the affected area.

Pickup and Delivery or Drop-Off: Which Should You Choose?
Drop-off at our Vaughan shop or Etobicoke Drop Off Station
Drop-off is useful if you can transport your rug and prefer the lower listed price.
Our Vaughan location is at 80 Carlauren, Unit 24. Contact us before travelling to confirm a suitable drop-off time. Once your rug is ready, you return to collect it.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup and delivery can make the process easier if your rug is bulky, you do not have a suitable vehicle or transporting it would be inconvenient.
For example, our listed 8×10 ft synthetic-rug price is $85 for drop-off and collection, or $110 with pickup and delivery. That is a $25 difference before HST.
When deciding, consider the time and transport needed to bring the rug in and collect it yourself.
